At Park Paving we believe recycling technology offers environmentally responsible and cost effective solutions to constructing and maintaining infrastructure. Tropical Pools was started over 14 years ago by Joe Cardwell, servicing the greater Hamilton area from Grimsby to Cayuga, Brantford to Oakville. Over the years, Joe has passed down his some 42 years of pool building experience. Joe’s vision 14 years ago was to form a company that was based on family values and referrals, that would carry him through each and every year, and he has succeeded. As we go forward we plan on continuing this philosophy over the next 30 years of business. Tropical Pools is one of a few pool builders that the owner of the company sells the pool, installs the pool and carries on with the service required for the pool.
